NCPMI is a national center that provides technical assistance and training for implementing the Pyramid Model, a framework of evidence-based practices for young children's social and emotional development. The Pyramid Model works with early childhood special education, intervention, and education personnel, families, and children with disabilities. Helping children recognize and describe a range of feelings help grow their ability to manage challenging feelings that come up in their day-to-day interactions.
